From babies to senior pets, animals of all life stages can end up with chronic or acute issues that can be difficult to manage. Whether it's giving a daily medication that your pet does not want to take, to too many vet appointments that you have to take time off to get to.

I can help in a variety of ways. I can give you peace of mind when you leave home by competently taking over your current medication routine, and I can also come to you to help you get into a manageable routine yourself.

I'm happy to take your pet to your veterinarian when you are unavailable, I'm confident in communicating with the vet and you to make sure your animal is getting the best care and that you understand everything they need.

Medication administration

As part of any pet sitting service, I will be able to give any and all medications your pet may need. From pills to injections, I can manage the medical needs of your pet so you can stress less about leaving them alone.

Medication routines

Aging, chronic and acute illnesses, and developmental issues can require medication and changes to routine that can be confusing or difficult to manage. With my experience in veterinary medicine, I'm happy to come help you understand your pet's needs and help give medications until you feel confident doing them yourself.

Transport

Not being able to take time off work, or lack of transportation can be a huge barrier in getting proper veterinary care. I am happy to provide transportation for routine appointments, as well as more urgent or emergent issues that require a vet visit, with or without you.

With my experience in the field, I'm comfortable navigating a veterinary office and asking all the questions that get your furry friend the care they require. It's also important you understand what they need as well, and I'll be able to communicate or help you understand your pet's care.
